Your answers to assessment scenarios, simulation choices, scores, and any certificates you earn.
Progress and usage
Which courses or modules you have started and finished, so your manager can see readiness and you can pick up where you left off.
Technical basics
Standard information like device type and session data needed to keep the platform secure and working.

Send platform updates, policy changes, and respond to your support requests.
If an assessment is used in hiring
Some of our assessments can be used by an employer to help evaluate candidates. When that happens:
You are told, and you have a say
Where the law requires it, you are notified before an assessment is used in a hiring decision, including what qualities it looks at.
The assessment is one input among others. A human at the employing organization makes the final decision. The tool does not hire, reject, or rank you on its own.
You can ask for information about how it works, request a human review, and request an alternative process or accommodation where applicable.
